Guess what…. cooking is science. Knowing what ingredients to use, what goes well together and what does not is all a part of the science of cooking. Also what happens to that food once we eat it can be pretty interesting too. In this unit we will be taking a closer look at the Canada’s food guide and seeing how the foods we eat effect our bodies.
